Quality Care

To continually refine the care we provide, we monitor and measure our services, we examine how well our residents are treated, and we evaluate our performance against our own rigorous standards, as well as industry benchmarks on a regular basis. We have well documented procedures that can be deployed as needed to improve our performance.

We work diligently to ensure that all of our residents are able to communicate clearly and comfortably with their caregivers. We have services available to assist resident who are hearing impaired, have difficulty hearing, are vision impaired, or who have limited English proficiency. Please share your specific need and preferred form of communication at the time you schedule an appointment or when you arrive at EllaCare. If you speak a language other than English and need the assistance of an interpreter, please notify our staff so that we will be prepared to translate.

Resident Rooms

We have both private and double occupancy rooms, which are assigned depending upon availability and medical needs. We work closely with our residents to meet their room needs. Each room has a private telephone, which is accessible to our residents. Inbound and outbound calls can be made from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Internet Access and Videoconferencing

Ella EllaCare offers Skype videoconferencing services that allow residents to connect with family and friends. Skype videoconferencing is secure and private communication that allows our residents to connect with their love ones comfortably.

  • Nurse Availability: On-Call 24/7
  • On Site Medical Visits: Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist
